Your message will instantly be despatched to you via mobile text, email, mobile pager or fax. Additionally should you require it, a copy of your messages will be emailed or faxed to you the next working day!

Business Help Desk is by far the most popular service offered by the Answers Team. Being highly versatile, Business Help Desk is able to be personalised for each client, focussing on a “one call” resolution format.

Options include receiving clients mobile text messages (SMS), voice calls, emails or web-chat whilst being able to send responses via mobile text (SMS), email, VPN Direct Access, voice outcall, web access, fax and mobile paging. Additionally, client escalation ad roster referral is all part of the service.

Ideal for the busy office without a receptionist, looking for professional customer service from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Callers are met with a warm welcome, their requirements established with the relevant information given or taken. Any details or messages taken are able to be despatched instantly via text ( sms), email, outcall, fax or connected directly to the person within the clients company that can help.

Overflow Service

Too many calls on any one day for the company team to handle?

With a simple diversion plan, excess calls divert directly to the Answers Team who establish the caller’s needs, record details and offer to have their call returned shortly. After Hours Assist

Answers After Hours service handles calls from when you close until when you open again when ever that might be. This includes Statutory Holidays, weeknight and weekends. Service includes calling out of After Hours Assistance using company rosters, connecting callers and escalating contact as required. Service Call Out Support

When a client makes a service call they want service NOW, regardless of whether it’s a holiday weekend or After Hours !

Answers Service Call out Support focuses on using client rosters to establish the correct contact person and escalation procedures should that person not be available. Contact is made through voice calls, mobile text (sms) and mobile paging,with callers able to be connected to the duty service person at anytime.

Answers can also maintain an open work sheet until the repair is made with a regular “Welfare Check” system for the service person as well ensuring their safety.
